About This Work
REALIGN was created for people who have done what they were meant to do — built careers, taken responsibility, and grown through experience — and reached a point where something quietly no longer fits. Not because anything went wrong. But because they changed.
I work with people who feel successful on paper but misaligned in reality. People who are capable, thoughtful, and high‑functioning — yet feel disconnected from themselves, their decisions, or what comes next. Often, the struggle isn’t dramatic. It’s subtle. Overthinking decisions. Fatigue that rest doesn’t solve. A sense that you should feel more fulfilled than you do.
I don’t believe misalignment means failure. I believe it’s a signal — that the way you’re living and working no longer reflects who you are now. Alignment isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about returning to what’s already true and learning how to live, decide, and lead from that place again. This work isn’t about urgency. It’s about clarity, self‑trust, and authenticity.
My Approach
My role is not to tell you who to be or what to do. It’s to help you recognize what you already know, understand where you’ve adapted away from yourself, and realign intentionally — without blowing up your life. I guide this process through structured reflection, practical frameworks, and tools that help you reconnect with your inner clarity. Human Design is one of those tools — used not as an identity, but as a language for self‑trust and decision‑making.
After more than 20 years into my own career, I found myself depleted and unmotivated in a role — and at a company — I genuinely loved. I couldn’t understand what was happening. On paper, everything was working. Internally, it wasn’t. That period was one of the most difficult transitions I’ve navigated. Not because I didn’t know how to perform — but because the alignment that had once carried me forward was no longer there. I decided to take a year away from corporate work to pause, regroup, and listen more closely to what was actually true for me. Eventually, I moved into a role and environment that felt more aligned with how I wanted to contribute. And in that process — through conversations, opportunities, and unexpected moments of clarity — I began to find my own voice and reconnect with what alignment meant for me personally. That experience shapes how I now guide others. Not toward starting over — but toward realigning with who they are now.
